MONTREAL – The Montreal Impact announced on Tuesday the details regarding its 2016 training camp that will kick off on January 26.

Following medical and physical testing, the team will take part in its first two training sessions at Olympic Stadium on January 25 & 26, before flying to Orlando, Florida, to train until February 5.

The team will then be back at Olympic Stadium from February 7 to 14, before leaving again, but this time for the west coast of Florida, from February 15 to 28.

During the camp, the Impact will play exhibition games against teams from Major League Soccer and the North American Soccer League.

The MLS SuperDraft will then be held on January 14, in Baltimore. The Impact holds the 14th selection in the first round as well as three picks in the second round.

The Impact will play its 2016 home opener on Saturday, March 12, at Olympic Stadium in Montreal (time TBD), against last season’s Supporters Shield winning New York Red Bulls.
