The Montreal Impact Academy is looking for families interested in welcoming a young player aged 12 to 14 years old registered to his sports-études program for the 2019-2020 school year, from the beginning of August until the end of June, from Monday to Friday.

The Academy is looking for families interested in helping students located in Rivière-des-Prairies, Anjou, St-Léonard, Rosemont-La Petite Patrie or close to Centre Nutrilait. Foster families need to have a private room available with a study area, as well as provide breakfast and supper.

Created in 2011, the sports-études program is in its ninth year of existence and welcomes over 90 player-students from around the province.

17 players issued from the Academy have signed professional contracts with the Impact in MLS: goalkeepers Maxime Crépeau, James Pantemis and Jason Beaulieu, defenders Maxim Tissot, Karl W. Ouimette, Wandrille Lefèvre, Thomas Meilleur-Giguère, Daniel Kinumbe and Karifa Yao, midfielders Jérémy Gagnon-Laparé, Zakaria Messoudi, Louis Béland-Goyette, David Choinière, Ballou Jean-Yves Tabla, Mathieu Choinière and Clément Bayiha, and striker Anthony Jackson-Hamel.
